Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by You
You may cancel a booking from your account at any time before sample collection. Bookings cancelled before collection are eligible for a full refund of the test amount. Bookings cannot be cancelled after the sample has been collected.
2. Cancellation by the Lab
If a lab cannot fulfil your booking (collection missed, service unavailable, equipment issues), you receive a full refund including any platform fee, or you may reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If money is debited but your booking is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reconciled and refunded within 5–7 business days. Duplicate payments for the same booking are refunded in full.
4. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available once a sample has been collected and processing has begun, or where a report has already been delivered. Quality disputes about lab services are investigated case by case — contact us and we will coordinate with the lab.
