1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Co-Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform. Co-Labs is operated by Co-Labs Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India.
2. Platform Role
Co-Labs is a marketplace that connects patients with independent diagnostic laboratories. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Diagnostic services are provided solely by the labs you book with.
3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed subject to lab availability. Payments are processed via PhonePe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Co-Labs is not responsible for service quality issues attributable to the lab.
4. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when booking. You are responsible for attending appointments or arranging home collection access. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or payment disputes, may result in account suspension.
5. Lab Partner Obligations
Labs listed on Co-Labs must hold valid NABL or equivalent certifications where required, maintain accurate service and pricing information, and comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Co-Labs is not liable for diagnostic errors, delayed reports, or lab service failures. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
